Step 1 Decide what items you would like to hire.
Step 2 Let us know what items you would like to hire and when you would like to hire the items. Let us know your preferred way to pick up and drop off the hire items.
Option 1 Pick up and drop off the hire items yourself
A 5% discount will be applied to your invoice if this option is selected.
Option 2 Delivery by All Things Borrowed
Have the hire items dropped off and picked up to your chosen location by All Things Borrowed. Delivery by All Things Borrowed. There is no extra delivery charge within 50 km of Canberra. (A personal quote can be given for distances longer).
You can call us or email your hire wish list to us and we will create an invoice for you. (Please note there is a minimum spend of $100.00 per order, unless special arrangements made with us)
Step 3 Return your completed client detail-DIY Hire Form (which is located on this page) and pay the 50% non refundable deposit as soon as possible to ensure that your hire items are locked in. (Please note that the hire items will not be locked in until the deposit has been paid).
Step 4 Ensure that your invoice is paid in full 21 days prior to your event date.
Step 5 Pick up or delivery of your selected hire decor pieces.
Step 6 Pack up hire items checking that they are in the same condition as when picked up/delivered. Drop off of hire items.
